Bed bugs in room 105.
I have previously had the questionable experience of sleeping with bed bugs in Cambridge af few years ago and as soon as I discovered the many bites around my arms, shoulders and legs I knew, that it was bed bugs as I react extremely strongly to these bites.
I'll give credit to the hotel for reacting to my complaint immediately and also offering compensation.
However, knowing how hard bed bugs are to exterminate, then I can only encourage future guests to check the mattress before going to bed as you'll be able to locate them in the seems.
Keeping my fingers crossed this is the last time I'll experience bed bugs at Scandic Glostrup.

Very nice hotel, definitely value for money.
Only small minus was the noise from the motorway and main road.
