Amazing views
The view of the sea and the city below is superb, the 2 bedroom apartment is large and comfortable. The parking in front of the door is very good and we are close to the sea 5-10 minutes by car depending on the beach chosen.
There is a bit of a lack of equipment in the kitchen, customers usually don't cook from what you've been told. The plates are very small, there are no salad bowls, 2 cups and 1 very small one for tea. Old, but functional coffee machine with plenty of coffee cups.
The couple who manage the apartment are super nice, every time we needed something (knives, salad bowl, etc.) we just had to ask. The lady cooked us a local soup one evening and brought us traditional donuts one morning.
There is a washing machine which is very practical after 1 week of hiking.
Deck chairs should be added on the balcony to enjoy the view. There are just some not very comfortable wooden chairs available.
The supermarket which accepts Visa cards and the baker are 5 minutes by car from this VC which is very practical.
Warning: the beaches are dirty, a lot of waste and there is pebbles on the ground, not sand. The water is crystal clear and warm. The whole coast is being concreted over, so the current views are not very great. The development of high-speed mass tourism does not have any good sides.
We hiked to the Dhermi monastery on foot from the house. Very nice walk.
