RECEPTIONIST DESTROYS CUSTOMERS
However, when we arrived to check in, our 6-year-old son was struggling to go to the bathroom and had left his bag with his documents in the car, carrying his cell phone with the digital documents.
The extremely grumpy receptionist informed us that she needed the documents in hand, which we informed that we had the documents on our cell phone and after collecting our luggage we could present the form.
We started looking for the original docs on my phone and she kept repeating that she needed them at hand, which we explained to her that she was at hand, but that they weren't printed.
She started to raise her voice saying that I had manners to speak, that I wasn't having a good day but that I had manners, that I had manners, to which we responded that she needed to know how to communicate, that the documents were in her hands, but that they were not printed and we ended up in this discussion with an employee visibly unprepared to deal with the public.
My husband had to go in the car to get the printed documents, while I waited at reception with the two children.
I do not recommend staying at Hotel Pirâmide and, despite the good location, the experience was terrible.
I point out that a more experienced employee, who showed us where the room was, apologized and was the one who encouraged us to stay there, as we felt like leaving after all the stress we had been through.
I hope that appropriate measures are taken so that other families do not go through this type of embarrassment.

Agradecemos os seus comentários, nossa localização é excelente, ficamos localizados na praça central de Santo Antonio de Jesus, próximo de tudo na cidade.
Além de estarmos bem localizados, o valor da nossa diária é um excelente custo beneficio.
