The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. JA Resorts & Hotels will send payment link on registered email address depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel. Please be informed that the water park has height restrictions for children for safety purposes. Minimum height 100cm. All children between 100cm – 120cm must be supervised by an adult. Please note that outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted within JA The Resort premises, with the only exception of baby food. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. When staying at the hotel, a local Tourism Dirham is charged per room per night. The amount charged may vary depending on different situations (stay period and room type etc.) . Please contact the hotel front desk for more information.
