It was priced right and did the job. Very basic, Not fancy but that’s ok. No complaints. I appreciate the affordability.

Unclean, unsafe, unfriendly. The grossest place we’ve ever stayed and we travel at least two long weekends a month. The room smelled of cigarette smoke so badly my child had an asthmatic episode; there was blood and hair on the walls, the floors had not been swept or mopped, cigarette burns on the bedding, drawing on walls, nail polish all over the bathtub. Employees talking loudly to each about a drug addicts in the building and an arrest hours before we had arrived. Barking and yelling all night. We checked out at first light (arrived very late the night before) and attempted to be refunded for the three additional nights we did not stay. Manager never contacted us, even after multiple phone calls asking them to do so. This place is a health hazard.

The description says a $50 per deposit and $5 charge per night, but they actually take a $50 charge (front desk called it a non-refundable deposit, which is a fee or charge, not a deposit) AND another $100 refundable (cash-only) deposit. We did get the $100 back but not the $50. False advertising. Also the hotel is cheaply built with thin doors and you can hear unsound outside all night. Would not recommend staying here again, not even at the $58 rate (plus the additional $50 pet FEE).

this is an extended stay hotel for longer stays, i did not realize this when booking this stay, we did not stay long. if you are put on the west side of the building it is extended stay, where the longer stays receive limited housekeeping services. the east side is for regular travel stays that receive full housekeeping services.

Don’t ever leave a cash deposit

Me and my fiancé checked in for a month stay I paid cash somewhere around $1600 and a $250 deposit well we found an apartment a few hours away we were moving here for my work so we spent a few hours cleaning our room it was way better then when we checked in. And we were checking out a few days before our check out date I wasn’t concerned we had our new place anyways I ask about my deposit and I’m told they can’t give me my deposit back I need to talk to the manager in the morning well we will be 3 hours away in the morning and I’m also told I’m going to need a credit card for my deposit and I told them I don’t have a credit card I just paid off $22k in credit card debit and the lady tells me I better get one if I want my deposit back WOW. I was not told this when I checked in I paid cash I want cash back then she says you been here almost a month that money was deposited in the back okay I don’t care where it is I just need it back I’m using it towards my deposit on my new apartment long story short I wasn’t able to move into our apartment we ended up sleeping in our rental car I lost my job and am living on a friends couch it’s been a month and a half I still have not got my deposit back the general manager so far has asked me for any credit card to return my deposit to so I got 2 major credit cards from my brother in law she then says ohh it wouldn’t work then asks me for a cash app account I don’t have that then she says what about Zelle okay I give her a Zelle account 8 days later ohh we can’t use Zelle now she has my brothers account number and routing number and after another 7 days of she’s in a meeting she tells me I’m waiting on accounting it will probably take 21 days are you serious this is the general manager who knows nothing about how this company works the employees know nothing WOODSPRINGS POLICY ON CASH DEPOSITS ARE WRITTEN ALL CASH DEPOSITS ARE TO BE RETURNED AT CHECK OUT TIME IN THE SAME FORM OF PAYMENT IT WAS DEPOSITED. THIS IT THERE POLICY AND NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW OR CARE I THINK THEY SPENT MY $250 AND IM GOING TO FIND OUT TODAY IM CONTACTING THE BBB THE CEO ANYONE AND EVERYONE INCLUDING THE NEWS
