Poor Customer Service

When I arrived, they had a sign saying there was no breakfast, which is supposed to be included. Then there was an issue with the Expedia app and it made my reservation for two weeks in advance. The desk attendant gives the Expedia Customer Service number and this man literally puts him on hold and helps someone else while I’m sitting right in front of him. I watched the Expedia rep be put on hold for over 25 minutes. It was ridiculous and disrespectful. Then I get an email today saying this hotel refuses to give a refund after their false advertising. Go elsewhere. Save your time and money.

Terrible . Needs total overhaul!!!

The room was fine and the linens were fine BUT that was the only plus.
The carpeting in the halls and elevator was stained as were the floors . Glass entry doors covered with finger prints , unaccompanied children running around the lobby.
Breakfast consisted of coffee- no milk
Waffle and white bread. Absolutely NOTHING more .
Poor housekeeping , poor maintenance and ridiculous breakfast,
Stay away from this hotel!

AVOID THIS HOTEL!

We stayed in this hotel last year while travelling south. We booked again because we were familiar with it and it's pet friendly. This was a horrible experience. I spilled some water on the floor and used a hand towel to dry it up and the towel turned brown. The bed had a tinny drum sound every time I rolled over. The front lobby bench in the breakfast area was worn and peeling. The breakfast was reduced from eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels and more. They stopped serving sausage and eggs and they only had spoons to eat your waffles. I was reduced to eating like a toddler and dipping my waffle in the syrup. Most hotels give you two bottles of water, this one did not. The only highlight was the gentleman that checked me in on February 28th. The price was also significantly higher than last year. I don't give reviews often, but this was such a bad experience, I needed to share. I will definitely not be using this hotel again.

Gross!

Hotel was extremely filthy. Like there are not enough adjectives to describe how unclean this hotel was. Every single area. There were no exceptions at all. While the price was budget friendly. I would have still expected the hotel to have a minimum expectation of cleanliness. It was uncomfortable to stay here do the lack of overall hygiene.
