In line with the latest regulation from the local government, hotels are now open for staycations and any other travel purposes. To comply with this regulation, the hotel only accepts guests (including children) who are shown as low risk on the MySejahtera app. Guests from EMCO (enhanced movement control order) areas are not permitted to stay at the hotel. Travel documents (such as a travel permit issued by the police (PKP or PKPD letter), company letter, MITI letter) must be presented upon arrival for all non-vaccinated guests. Check-in may be denied at the hotel if you do not comply with the above requirements. Any denial of entry or stay at the hotel will be handled according to hotel management. Cancellations and refunds, if any, shall be subject to the hotel's respective policies and guidelines. According to government policy, all guests must present a vaccination certificate in the MySejahtera app. For vaccines with two doses (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, or Sinovac), guests will be considered fully vaccinated after the 14th day of receiving the second dose. For single-dose vaccines (Johnson & Johnson or CanSino), guests will be considered fully vaccinated 28 days after receiving the vaccine. Guests are only allowed to travel with non-vaccinated dependents who are 18 years old and under if they are members of the same household.
