Exceeded my expectations - great place to stay!!

We recently spent a week at Baldwins, and highly recommend!!!
We had the apartment, and also two rooms in the house for a small group. The property was beautiful and the grounds amazing. Such a nice area to just sit out and enjoy the pool and hanging with friends.
Each morning Hannah would serve an amazing breakfast in the gazebo. Fresh fruit and a different breakfast each day, that was delicious.
The rooms far exceeded my expectations. Hannah has thought of so many special touches, especially ones I'm not used to getting in Mexico. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for the week.
The grounds were beautiful and very comfortable to hang out.
And the sweetest pups on earth. I still miss them greeting me every morning at my door for their morning rubs and treats.
Hannah, thank you for your hospitality and friendship during our week. We hope to see you again next December.

What a great discovery!! Hannah treated everyone with such attentive care… a great start to the day with breaky and coffee in a setting where you could easily meet a few of the other guests… rooms were exceptionally cozy and pool was PERFECT, fully equipped with a little waterfall for ambiance!! Oodles of restaurants fancy and rustic all over the place nearby, and we were just a 10 min walk to the restaurants, stores, and activities at the ocean. Thank you so much Hannah for the wonderful stay… I will be back again!! :)

Lovely home style BnB within 15-20 mins leisurely walk to seafront downtown area of Cozumel. Friendly and warm hospitality from Hannah. Lovely dogs on property. Spacious and clean room. Gorgeous garden. Has a pool which I did not use as I was diving every day. Very close to airport. I was first dropped off from airport via government shuttle and it was a mere ten minutes by taxi to airport midweek. Breakfast is included. I’m not a big breakfast person and I found everything delicious and plentiful. I had a marvelous stay here as the location was ideal for me and I appreciated coming back after a busy day to some peace and quiet.

Lovely warm hospitality at a sweet home stay BnB

I lucked out on being the only guest as low season approached at this lovely relaxed BnB. Hannah was a gracious and lovely hostess. Because of her generosity in giving me a ride to the dive shop with all my gear, I was able to land at the airport and be at the dive shop and on the dock a mere hour after landing. The house is very close to the airport, I was the first to be dropped off by the shuttle bus ($13). The house is about 10? blocks from the seafront. It doesn’t take long to walk. Depending on your pace between 15-20 leisurely minutes. I found it more convenient to stay here due to walking access to the seafront with the choice of restaurants compared to my previous trip where I was further south. Also there are restaurants within a few minutes from the house. It’s a residential area and quiet so you won’t get the hoards of cruise visitors found on the seafront area. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the hot water came on quickly. There is housecleaning during the week so I came back to a made up bed during my stay, and swept floors. It was the perfect 4 day stay for my dive trip. Hannah made delicious breakfast on the days I didn’t have a morning dive. She offered to prepare light fare on the morning dive and I opted not to eat before the dive but if you want something, you should mention it. Breakfast was fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs prepared in different ways, hot venerate of your choice and wonderful conversation with Hannah. I’d recommend this place if you want a home stay experience. The dogs were lovely too. I didn’t use the pool as I was out diving most of the day but there is one. Highly recommend for sure.
