Best without musical thread
The service is very friendly, although some team members could improve their experience in the area, but we value the human approach they offer. However, there is one aspect I didn’t really enjoy: the background music. I think it would be better not to have a musical thread, as the current selection is unfortunate, of poor quality and not up to the standard of the establishment. If the hotel chose to offer music libraries with good jazz, classical or great performers playlists, the experience would be much more elegant and sophisticated. Spotify has wonderful lists that could raise the mood, especially with classic in the mornings and jazz, soul and rock according to the
Zone.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

Disconnection
The pool area is very quiet, and with a very good view.
In general, the hotel has a lot of charm.
The front desk staff was very friendly.
The room is very large and so is the bathroom, we had a fireplace inside our room.
Around the hotel there are country walking paths.

A great discovery
The next day we met him at the restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised by his agility as a waiter.
The food in your restaurant is good. There was also a waitress named Isa who was super attentive and very professional. In short, a pleasantly satisfactory experience. We will return without a doubt.

Unfortunately the staff key is not correct! The reception was unmanned when you checked in, you had to ring the bell! Unfortunately the reception was not friendly either! The same person then worked in the restaurant, on call with a plug in their ear. What a pity, because the restaurant was excellent!
