Overview: "Hull’s Cattery" is a self-service shared homestay. It is both the home of the host and Huabao, and the home of every guest. The host and guests share a large apartment in the same community, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and other living spaces. Our goal is to make every guest feel at home with high cost-effectiveness. To achieve this, our philosophy is self-management and no consumption. Self-management means that family members need to restore all facilities in the room they used to their original state. No consumption means contributing unique labor for a comfortable life instead of consuming undifferentiated human labor. In enjoying the home environment, every family member should consciously maintain the household environment, truly becoming their own master! Booking Instructions: After booking, contact customer service to get the host's online contact information and join the exclusive service group. Before check-in, provide the ID and contact information of the actual guest. After registration, you will receive the check-in password. Upon arrival, sign the guest code of conduct and informed consent form. Important Notice: Check-in time is from 14:00 to 21:30. Do not call after 22:00!!! Apartment Layout: The entire apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony, and 1 laundry room. Room Descriptions: Room A (Private Bathroom): Larger master bedroom (22 sqm) with wardrobe, 1.8m wide double bed (up to 2 people). Room B (Private Bathroom): Smaller master bedroom (12 sqm) with wardrobe, 1.5m wide standard double bed (up to 2 people). Room C (Shared Bathroom): Bunk bed for two (8 sqm), standard dormitory single bed (0.9m x 1.9m), booked by bed (only 1 person). Room D (Shared Bathroom): Two double beds (15 sqm), can be rented entirely (up to 4 people) or by bed (only 1 person). Laundry Room E (Shared Bathroom): Semi-private room/divider/small balcony, standard dormitory single bed (0.9m x 1.9m). Living Room Sofa F (Shared Bathroom): Open space in the living room, bed made on chaise longue, same size as standard dormitory single bed (0.9m x 1.9m). Transportation: Located next to Baoti Metro Station on Line 1, 30 minutes by metro to the airport. Decoration Style: Home and practical. Living with Cats: Hua Bao is a family member of the host, please respect Hua Bao. Home Equipment: Move in with your luggage! To enhance environmental protection and utilization, we do not provide full hotel-style amenities by default. However, disposable slippers, towels, toothbrushes, and tissues can be self-obtained for a fee if needed. Kitchen: The kitchen can be rented, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and cooking utensils. Details are in the guest code of conduct and informed consent form. Bathing and Personal Care: Free bath supplies, toilet paper, and practical household items are provided. Guest Profile: Choosing a family-style self-service shared homestay means you want a home-like travel space and are willing to self-manage, contributing your unique labor for a comfortable life. Guest Code of Conduct: To ensure the safety, comfort, and management of all residents, we have established the "Hull’s Cattery Guest Code of Conduct and Informed Consent Form".
