Great stay
The staffs are so friendly and helpful.
We are really grateful that hotel has free laundry in L1, it helps us a lot.
Unfortunately they don’t have microwave to reheat our food, the reception said the microwave only for cabin crew. The AC in our room is a bit hot as well so we open the balcony while we were sleeping.

Regarding the microwave, we understand that this may have been inconvenient. As our rooms are standard hotel rooms rather than serviced apartments, we do not have microwaves in the rooms. However, our team is always happy to assist with any special requests where possible.
We also appreciate your feedback about the air conditioning and will have our team look into this to ensure optimal comfort for all guests. Additionally, we’re excited to share that major renovations are planned for 2025, which will include updates to enhance both room comfort and guest facilities.

Basic hotel which needs faster turn around service from reception

I sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced at reception. We understand how frustrating it can be when time is limited, and I appreciate your suggestion regarding a dedicated concierge service to assist with general inquiries. Your experience with the room key deactivation and luggage drop-off is also concerning, and I will share your feedback with the team to improve our processes and efficiency.
Regarding in-room bottled water, I’d like to mention that the hotel is scheduled for major renovations in 2025, during which we are looking to include filtered water stations that guests can use for refilling bottles or kettles. In the meantime, I highly recommend using the IHG App, where guests can redeem points, request invoices, and manage various aspects of their stay conveniently online.
